“Jinbaori-Kurotorigemojimoyou” is in the collection of the Tokyo National Museum. This jinbaori is covered with black bird hair, and the letters “thick” and “white” are written in white bird hair in the center of the back.
It is said that it was used by Yasumasa Sakakibara, one of the four heavenly kings of Ieyasu Tokugawa, the ruler of Japan in the 17th century.
Sakakibara Yasumasa’s brave jinbaori design has been made into a merchandise.
